Since Apple released High Sierra 10.13 we have had an influx of users complaining Microsoft Office not working correctly with numerous problems.

Microsoft have revealed several fixes which need to be installed to rectify the issues.

This can be simply done by opening Microsoft Word, Excel or Outlook.

• 10.13.6 is the current minimum requirement for Microsoft Office. That will change when Big Sur is released. Since you can open Outlook, go to the Help menu in Outlook and choose Check for Updates.

* Previous versions of Microsoft Office will not work with High Sierra 10.13.

Restart the computer holding down the command - option/alt - P - R keys before the gray screen appears. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime for the second time. You may need to do this 2-3 times.
